- All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Order will go out same day or within 24 hours.
- We do not currently ship outside the US. Please email or call for pricing if you are interested in something shipped outside the US.
- Return Policy: There is a 10 percent restocking fee on all returnable items. Breastpumps are personal use items and cannot be returned.
Books and videos are not returnable unless defective. Pillows and baby carriers, bras and wearable items can only be returned if they are in original
packaging and have not been worn or washed. By law we cannot take back any herbal or medicinal products once they leave our store.
All other items can be returned with these conditions within 30 days of receipt if unopened.
