These groups are a great way to feel supported as a new mom and get all the latest and greatest information out there! This is also a great way to meet other new moms going through the same challenges as you are. We will discuss a new topic each week and also have some special guest speakers along the way. Some of our topics will include sleep issues for babies and moms, travel with baby, starting solids, infant massage, babywearing, taking care of a sick baby and much more. Refreshments will be served.

Wednesday/Friday Groups-Babies born May, June, July and August
