This FREE drop-in group is staffed by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant to answer any of your breastfeeding questions. Common topics include: increasing milk supply, managing over-supply or over-active let-down, healing sore nipples, selecting a pump, expressing and storing breastmilk, preparing to return to work, soothing your baby, and identifying normal feeding and sleeping patterns. An infant scale is available for following your baby’s growth. While this drop-in breastfeeding group is not a substitute for an individual lactation consultation, minor or ongoing concerns and issues may be addressed in this setting.
